Before you pack your kids off to college you might want to get them THIS :) Click on either pic for the link.
For $120, you can get the Study Ball, which will latch to your ankle. You input the amount of time you wish to be studying or simply staying put into the digital timer and the shackle will not be released until the timer hits zero. The Study Ball weighs 20 pounds, so it’s not the easiest thing to break free from if you decide to cut your focus session short.
